Crew Ranks:

Trainee > Junior Crew Member > Crew Member > Senior Crew Member > Kitchen Leader

  • Trainee: Starting rank. You'll be a cashier and taking orders.

  • Junior Crew Member: You've got the basics down. Can be promoted via Points.

  • Crew Member: Solid worker. Can be promoted via Points.

  • Senior Crew Member: Experienced crew. Can be promoted via Points.

  • Kitchen Leader: Top crew rank. You run the kitchen and oversee cashiers. Can be promoted via Points.

Management Ranks:

Staff Assistant > Shift Supervisor > Shift Manager > Restaurant Supervisor > Restaurant Manager

  • Staff Assistant: First management rank. Can warn bad actors. Can't host sessions yet. Can be promoted via Points.

  • Shift Supervisor: Can supervise shifts. Can be promoted via Points.

  • Shift Manager: Hosts and runs shift sessions. Can be promoted via Points.

  • Restaurant Supervisor: Can manage the restaurant. Can be promoted via Points.

  • Restaurant Manager: Top management rank. Keeps everything in order.
