Trainee: Starting rank. You'll be a cashier and taking orders.
Junior Crew Member: You've got the basics down. Can be promoted via Points.
Crew Member: Solid worker. Can be promoted via Points.
Senior Crew Member: Experienced crew. Can be promoted via Points.
Kitchen Leader: Top crew rank. You run the kitchen and oversee cashiers. Can be promoted via Points.
Management Ranks:
Staff Assistant > Shift Supervisor > Shift Manager > Restaurant Supervisor > Restaurant Manager
Staff Assistant: First management rank. Can warn bad actors. Can't host sessions yet. Can be promoted via Points.
Shift Supervisor: Can supervise shifts. Can be promoted via Points.
Shift Manager: Hosts and runs shift sessions. Can be promoted via Points.
Restaurant Supervisor: Can manage the restaurant. Can be promoted via Points.
Restaurant Manager: Top management rank. Keeps everything in order.
