There are several ways to earn a promotion at Ronald’s. You can rank up by earning Points, staying active, and meeting the requirements for each rank. Points are earned by attending shifts and working in the restaurant, such as cooking, cleaning, restocking, completing tasks, and helping the restaurant run smoothly. Purchasing a higher rank is also an option.
Current promotion requirements:
- Junior Crew Member: 50 Points
- Crew Member: 150 Points
- Senior Crew Member: 350 Points
- Kitchen Leader: 800 Points
- Staff Assistant: 1,500 Points
- Shift Supervisor: 2,000 Points and 3 hours of activity
- Shift Manager: 3,500 Points and 6 hours of activity
- Restaurant Supervisor: 5,500 Points and 12 hours of activity
- Restaurant Manager: 8,000 Points and 20 hours of activity
