Moderation actions in Laius Entertainment games or services are taken to ensure a safe and fair environment for all players. If you've received a moderation action and believe it should be reviewed, you can submit an appeal to our support team.
When submitting your appeal, please include the following:
Game or service — which Laius Entertainment game or service the punishment was issued in
Your username in that game or service
Type of punishment — for example, a ban or a warning
Reason given for the punishment
Why you're requesting a review — explain why you believe the punishment should be reconsidered
Any evidence you have, such as screenshots or videos
Also, you must include a screenshot of your Roblox/Discord profile so we are able to authenticate your request.
Appeals are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Not all appeals will result in a reversal.
For example, bans issued for violations of Roblox’s Terms of Service, such as bullying or harassment, are not reversible even if appealed.
Once all information has been provided, you will be forwarded to a member of our Customer Service team who can review your punishment.
Please note appeals cannot be submitted in the Safety Centre.
