If you've received a moderation action in a Laius Entertainment game or service and believe it should be reviewed, you can submit an appeal to our support team.
When submitting your appeal, please include the following:
Game or service — which Laius Entertainment game or service the punishment was issued in
Your username in that game or service
Type of punishment — for example, a ban or a warning
Reason given for the punishment
What happened before the punishment was issued
Why you're requesting a review — explain why you believe the punishment should be reconsidered
Any evidence you have, such as screenshots or videos
Appeals are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Not all appeals will result in a reversal.
