Someone in my household was banned from Ronald's and I was affected. What do I do?

We apply bans to all alternate accounts of a banned user. Roblox's system can also detect accounts on the same network or household, which may unintentionally affect other users. If you've been affected by this, contact support and provide your username, the banned household member's username if known, and when the ban occurred. We'll review your case.
